Rebel of the Underground

Bomb Atomically is here to promote the lesser known and under seen, or films too quickly forgotten, regardless of popularity, critical praise or lack there-of. While a complete grading scale is included, the goal is to stimulate positivity and likely only 6+ will appear.

Grading Scale

10 – Perfection, full of amazing sights and emotional stories.
9 – Very enjoyable all around, excellent story, acting and direction.
8 – A well put together movie, fully worth seeing.
7 – Pretty solid movie and good time overall.
6 – Disappointing, but okay in some ways. Or good, but disappointing in some ways.
5 – This movie really should have been better.
4 – An okay production, but coming up short on most usual enjoyment metrics.
3 – I mean, someone somewhere on set was at least trying, probably.
2 – MST3K type.
1 – Just no.

Reviews will only cover basic story set-up, and while trailers are linked, viewers should watch them at their own risk, as trailers have many spoilers these days and could enter into territory not covered by reviews.

I try to watch films that I have the best chance of enjoying, and do not get into every single type of movie. Reviews will be limited and tailored to features that I have enjoyed and mainly in the categories that I personally watch most.

If you wind up hating all the movies that I suggest, that is totally fine. I really don't care, just try not to whine about it too much here. Like other art? Go make a site and promote that stuff!!
